Braised Goat (Chivo Guisado) Recipe
this is my recipe for Braised Goat (Chivo Guisado) warning: pressure cooked A. Chop veggies into small pieces and keep separate for the time being:
1 Red or White Onions
3 Cilantro
1 Green Pepper
2 Green Onions
1 Tomato
B. 3lbs -4lb of goat (chivo) or Oxtail (you can use beef chuck if u want but goat meat is way more awesome) C. Marinate:

folks bought me back a new psp and gave it to me this morning on my way out to class. lol it was pretty funny how they went about it cuz i was kinda cranky and agitated that i was late and wasn’t going to have enough time for coffee. so i thank them greatly for trying to encourage me. kinda much lol :/
